Tool Support Staff

Job Title: Tool Rental Support Staff

Superior Tool Rental has been servicing its customers since 1962 with the most recognized service and equipment in the industry. Superior’s customers range from some of the world’s largest contractors, industrial plants and factories, to local mechanical, electrical and steel erection. To assist their growing business, Superior Tool Rental is has hired Support Staff that will maintain the rental equipment for Superior. Superior expects this individual to prepare rentals in addition to conducting standard and custom repairs on rental equipment. The Support Staff will also support the Superior team by having excellent communication skills, and performing quality work to ensure customer satisfaction and proper functioning on Superior equipment. Successful Support Staff will have an upbeat attitude and provide innovative solutions to meet the needs of Superior’s growing customer base.
- Prepare all rentals for customers
- Diagnose equipment issues
- Ensure all equipment is functional for customers
- Conduct repairs as needed
- Track parts needed for repairs
- Document repair activity
- Demonstrate knowledge of power tool repairs
Required Experience and Skills:
- 1-3 years of equipment repair
- Industry experience
- Ability to problem solve on the job
